IJES History

The Kharkiv Regional Public Organization “Culture of Health” (KRPOCH) was established in 2005.

The KRPOCH Scientific Research Institute and the KRPOCH Social and Psychological Center were established with support of “Culture of Health” in 2010. The aim of the organizations is to put the up-to-date results of modern education and science into practice, as well as to implement socially-oriented programs and projects.

On the basis of the public organization “Culture of Health”, the publishing house “KRPOCH” was established in 2011 that, along with the KRPOCH Scientific Research Institute, started publishing informational, educational and methodological materials: monographs, collections of papers, materials of scientific conferences, etc. Today, the publishing house “KRPOCH” has more than 1,000 published scientific works of researchers from different countries.

The public organization “Culture of Health” holds a number of international scientific conferences: “Relevant Issues of Education and Science”, “Psychological and Pedagogical Issues in Educational Process” and “Psychological and Pedagogical Issues of Development of a Modern Specialist”. Representatives of more than 100 universities from different countries: Ukraine, Canada, Argentina, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic, South Africa, Belarus, Kazakhstan, etc. attend the events every year.

In 2012, the publishing house “KRPOCH” received the opportunity to assign unique digital object identifiers (DOI) to all issued materials. As an official DOI registration agency in Ukraine, KRPOCH started to cooperate with scientists and domestic specialized journals helping them to register DOIs.

The publishing house “KRPOCH” is currently an official member of the Publishers International Linking Association, Inc. (PILA).

The publishing house “KRPOCH”, along with the Polish publishing house “ANAGRAM”, established the international information agency “PROK” and published the first collection of papers in Ukraine in 2017.

The public organization “Culture of Health” and the publishing house “KRPOCH” have started cooperation with Simcord Information Services (Latvia) since 2018. That same year, with support of Simcord Information Services, the publication of the International Journal of Education and Science (IJES) was initiated aiming to cover the results of international cooperation of Ukraine in the educational, economic and legal fields. Later on, the compulsory distribution of the print version of the journal to leading Ukrainian and international libraries and universities started.

Today, the International Journal of Education and Science (IJES) is represented in more than 10 international scientometric databases, repositories and search engines, including Google Scholar, Publons, Index Copernicus International, Directory of Open Access Journals, Core, Crossref System (USA), etc.

The journal is being considered for listing in Web of Science and Scopus.

The main mission of the journal is to cover research results in the educational, economic and legal fields as well as to promote international cooperation of scientists for the development of the digital economy.

The editorial board of the journal consists of the most distinguished scientists from all over the world in the educational, economic and legal fields.

All papers published in the International Journal of Education and Science (IJЕS) are publicly available (Creative Commons Attribution License).
