The most expedient tools for pedagogical research have been identified: theoretical – theoretical- axiological, comparative, systemic-functional, cultrurological analysis; general scientific methods – generalization and systematization, formal and logical; specific scientific methods for psychological and pedagogical research – formalization, geographical method, disciplinary and interdisciplinary methods; empiric methods – testing, survey, polling, observation, method of expert assessment, pedagogical experiment; statistical methods – processing results of pedagogical experiment, qualitative and quantitative analysis of experimental data. Prognostic analysis has been conducted for methodical prospects in application of means for informational, analytical, technical and scientific provision, and the following means: graphical and illustrative based on various media, video-visual, multimedia, remote, instrumental, laboratory, scientific-methodical and technical-regulatory, scientific-ideological, specific-scientific, disciplinary and interdisciplinary, cognitive means in the field of public administration, pedagogical and natural sciences, humanities, empirical and statistical means.
