Background and aim of study:
Particularly relevant today are the problems connected
with the restoration of the scientific approach to the
formation of a dynamic functional structure of
professional activity, whose psychological basis in its
dialectical unity is the profound knowledge and high
level of the general culture of the individual, high
moral qualities, high cognitive activity and
independence, abilities and professional skills, interest
in activities.
Human activity is an objective process of interaction
between a social environment and a person. Due to
conscious activity, a person enters into various
interactions with other people, forms their own attitude
towards their activities, their own intentions and
aspirations.
Mental processes and human properties do not arise
independently and isolated from each other: they are
closely interconnected in a single act of a socially
determined conscious activity of the individual,
therefore, the effectiveness of the activity depends on
the general development of the individual and, above
all, on the direction of his mind, feelings and will.
The essence of professional activity is the unity of
emotional-sensory and intellectual development, the
education of the true person.
Research methods:
Professional pedagogical activity is a complex
organized system of various activities, the main of
which, respectively, is the activity of a teacher who
directly teaches.
The main content of the activities of the teacher,
provides for the implementation of several functions, in
particular, educational, educational, organizational and
research.
These functions are united, although many teachers
have one of them dominating over others.
Results:
In my opinion, professional pedagogical activity is a
process that begins with assimilating previously
accumulated (adaptation, reproduction, reproduction of
knowledge), and then goes into transformation of own
experience.
The path from adaptation to a pedagogical situation - to
its transformation is the essence of the dynamics of the
teacher.
Professional activity from a management standpoint
includes such elements as planning, organization,
stimulation, ongoing control, regulation of activity and
analysis of its results.
The structure of pedagogical activity includes:
a) planning the lecturer's work (writing a lecture,
seminar, practical lesson, etc.);
b) the organization of educational activities of students,
which involves theoretical acquaintance with the new
material, personal performance of individual actions;
c) stimulation of educational activity of students
(evaluation of student activity);
d) control of the implementation of educational
activities (types of control: oral, written, integrated,
machine, test);
e) analysis of the results of educational activity of
students (the teacher makes a correction for students to
master the material based on assessments or results of
drafting of norms);
f) activity of the teacher, aimed at developing the
culture of communication and students' logical
thinking.
Conclusion:
The effectiveness of teaching activity to a large extent
depends on the knowledge of the individual potential
of each student, the potential of students throughout the
university as a condition for the implementation of the
concept of pedagogical activity, aimed at forming a
holistic student's creative personality.
